The holidays can be stressful and we forget to think about ourselves...learn what you need to do to take care of you....and find out why you don't. Learn to trust that inner voice that allows self-love/nurturing, and take away everyday mindfulness tools that can bring some calm into your holidays this year.  Elizabeth Hoisington will teach us how to recognize our inner critic that keeps us from self-care.
